Hello everyone!

I'm a software engineer who has served as a leader in the industry, having led a small team of 18 and conducted over 100+ interviews. I've lived in Singapore 🇸🇬 for five years and currently work remotely on LinkedIn in Ireland 🇮🇪.

Throughout my journey of team-building, I've faced numerous setbacks and self-doubt. However, after a series of explorations, I discovered that my desired leadership style involves coaching, helping team members grow.

After changing jobs, I utilized coaching techniques to foster continuous self-awareness and reflection, giving me the courage and energy to face life's uncertainties and challenges.

Believing deeply in the power of words and conversations, I aspire to share my story and bring a bit of positivity to others, helping make the world a better place.

Recently, I've ventured into life coaching, hoping to assist individuals in exploring themselves and be a complete human being.
